The easiest and quickest way to place orders is online. If you use the promotional code "lolas" at checkout - you'll get £2.00 off your order (equivalent to a free cupcake!) If you are having problems or prefer to speak to someone, you can place telephone orders on 0207 483 3394.

Our lines are open 9am - 5pm Mon to Sat. We are closed on Sundays. Outside of these hours, leave a message and a cupcake specialist will get back to you as soon as possible!

FAQ
A full FAQ is coming soon. In the meantime, here are a few important points to note:

  • Everything is baked fresh every morning. We only bake for our stores on Sundays as the office is closed. We always bake a few extra - so if you have a last minute urgent need for cupcakes, just call.

  • All cakes & cupcakes contain wheat, eggs, gluten and milk. We are working on a "free from" range so check again!

  • Cupcakes are available in multiples of 6 and tiny cupcakes are available in multiples of 24.
